In placing an order with Millie Mac you are deemed to have read, understood and agreed to these terms and conditions.  All purchases are subject to UK law.

• All prices quoted on the website are in £ and are inclusive of VAT

• All products can be ordered directly for the website using the shopping basket and pay be credit card using PayPal, our secure third party payment processor and the world's largest and most trusted merchant services company.  You do not need to have a PayPal account.  we accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Switch, Solo, Visa Delta and Visa Electron.  Your card details are  transmitted to PayPal's secure server and are not passed on to Millie Mac.  PayPal is used by Ebay.

• Orders can be placed by phone or email and paid for with a cheque.  All cheques should be made payable to Millie Mac and have your name and full address on the reverse and sent to the address given in the Get in Touch section.
• We can send items as gifts to a different address, but we still need to know your address to send you a receipt.  If you are sending a gift and would like us to hand write a message on the gift tag, please let us know the message at time of ordering.
  

• We are sure you will be delighted with your purchases.  However, should you wish to return any items, for  refund or exchange, please notify us within 48 hours and return the goods, within 7 days, in perfect condition in their original packaging at your expense. 
  
• Please obtain a proof of posting certificate from the Post Office if returning an item, as we can not be held responsible for items that do not reach us.
• Goods should be returned to Millie Mac Returns Department, 5 Sunnyside Road, Teddington, Middlesex, TW11 0RP.
• Postage and packaging costs are non refundable unless the items are faulty.
• Refunds will be paid within 30 days of receiving the written notice of cancellation.  

• When you place an order with Millie Mac we will confirm receipt of the order via email.
• Most orders are dispatched within 7 days of receiving payment.  However, as all products are handmade please allow up to 28 days for delivery.  If you require your goods by a certain date then please contact us to see if this can be arranged.
• Delivery will be made by either Royal Mail or our courier service.  If your goods arrive in damaged packaging it is your responsiblity to fully inspect before taking receipt of them.

• For delivery within the UK mainland we have two delivery charges of £2.00 and £5.95.  The only orders incurring the higher charge will be  those containing wheat soothers and doorstops due to the weight of these two items.
• For Highland, Ireland, Channel Islands and anywhere outside the UK mainland we will be happy to give a quotation for delivery.

• Please note that as all our products are handmade, no two products will be identical and all measurements given are approximate.
• A website cannot convey a 100% accurate reproduction of the colours and is as accurate as photographic and publishing processes will allow.

• All items are subject to availability.
• If for some unforeseeable reason products are unavailable and your order cannot be fulfilled, you will be contacted and offered substitute products ro the same value or refund payment in full.

• We are very keen to receive feedback from our customers.  If you think we can improve any aspect of what we do or have any suggestions for new products or would simply like to let us know how pleased you are with your Millie Mac product then we would love to hear from you.
